Restorative Yoga is a gentle yoga practice available to all levels. These postures improve circulation, remove toxins, reduce muscle tension, and improve sleep. Each posture is practiced supporting the body on the floor using blocks, blankets, cushions/pillows, and a strap allowing the body to gently stretch and relax. Most important is to support your body so it can comfortably relax into each posture 3-5 minutes. Enjoy your practice.
