Description
Thai Massage is defined as the “lazy man’s yoga”. A series of yoga stretches are performed on a table or mat. The practitioner will be using their hands, knees, legs, and feet. Techniques are designed to work along the meridians (the bodies energy lines). Thai massage is very helpful to increase flexibility and joint mobilization. Their is no oil used in Thai Massage. Please arrive in comfortable stretch clothes.
The course will cover feet, legs, hands, arms, and head and neck.
Limited to 12 registrations per course.
$248.00 per course includes 5 CE hours, and $645.00 for supine/prone/sideline package 15 CE hours.
