Reiki has been practiced in the United States since 1930. Both powerful and gentle, Reiki is known to help every injury and illness. Including cancer, heart disease, skin problems, cuts, broken bones, headaches, colds, sunburn, insect bits, insomnia, impotence, lack of confidence, etc. Reiki reduces stress, provides relaxation, and increases overall energy level As a practitioner I have used Reiki to reduces ovarian cysts, reduce insomnia, and assist a cancer patient. Reiki Level 2 Attunement

Reiki Level 2 is a continuation of energy received in Level 1. This course includes the skills to help others during their healing process. We will study and practice the techniques of distance healing, hands on healing, and study three Reiki symbols with mantras. This class is appropriate for all who have completed Reiki Level 1. Please allow 3-6 months after your Reiki 1 Attunement before registering for this class to allow the body to adjust with the new energy rate. If you wish to be attuned sooner please consult the Reiki Teacher prior to Level 2 attunement day. Reiki 2 allows the body to heal at a deeper level. We will practice Absent Healing where you can send Reiki to a person at another location. Absent Healing is just as powerful as a hands-on session. This class will give you the tools to give Reiki Sessions to others and receive payment. This class is for anyone interested in increasing their energy level, practitioners looking to increase their modality options, and for those looking for another option to address health. Master level is the beginning to a life long journey toward the mastery of Reiki. Master attunement opens you to another level of healing for yourself and others. Essentials in this course include How to draw the Master Symbol, the Master Symbol Mantra, receiving attunement to the Master Symbol, and the responsibilities of being a Reiki Master. This course includes a technique called Psychic Surgery, an active Reiki technique that enables you to remove energy blocks at a root level. In this class you will learn a combination of Active and Restorative yoga. In these poses we will focus on alignment using your own body weight and props to increase flexibility and strength. A series of breathing techniques will be shared that increase oxygen flow to the body to feed the muscle tissues and help to clear the mind. These elements when practiced daily or between clients will keep you centered, present, and rejuvenated. Learn tools to support longevity in your career as a Massage Therapist. This class is open to all levels. No prior yoga experience. Massage Therapists can receive 5 CE hours.
