Cupping is a traditional method of treatment used by many cultures. A variety of cup sizes are placed on the skin creating a small vacuum, causing the blood to circulate, and pulls blood toward the surface of the body. Benefits included increased blood flow and circulation in the body.

Gua Sha helps to move blood flow and increase circulation using a smooth edge such as a spoon.

Essential oils and plants have been used in ancient practices such as aromatherapy over thousands of years to aid health. We will be discussing twenty-one oils with uplifting emotional properties for total mind/body wellness.
