Celebrate the energy of the Summer Solstice with a heart-centered Cacao Ceremony by the Lake. Gather in community at the beautiful Montrose Harbor Peninsula as we honor the longest day of the year—a time of renewal, gratitude, intention, and personal growth.

This sacred outdoor experience is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, nature, and the power of collective healing. Guided by Cindy Huston of Yoga Body Elements – Frequency Wellness Chicago, the ceremony includes ceremonial cacao, chakra meditation, sacred song, and a supportive closing circle.

Each participant will receive a serving of Keith’s ceremonial cacao, ethically sourced from San Marcos, Guatemala. Known for its gentle heart-opening qualities, cacao has been used for centuries in sacred ceremonies to cultivate connection, clarity, and intention.
