Kirtan: the practice of ancient mantra to plant seeds, direct access to greater consciousness, and opening the heart. Music, dance, singing, and expressing the heart. Kirtan awakens bhakti, or devotion to opening and living from the heart.

We will begin with a cacao ceremony with Keith’s cacao led by cacao practitioner Cindy Huston.
Cindy has studied mantra and trained with many practitioners over 27+ years. Cindy began practicing with ceremonial cacao in 2010, and trained with Keith Wilson of Keith’s Cacao and the mayan team in San Marcos, Guatemala.

Pure cacao has many wellness benefits dating back to many ancient cultures. Keith’s Cacao supports ten local Guatemalan families sustainably, and sponsors the San Marcos women’s soccer team.
