Join the Fun at the Chicago Hula Hoop Festival – Hula Hoop Classes for All Ages!
Experience the joy of movement at the Chicago Hula Hoop Festival! Whether you’re new to hooping or already love to spin, this event has something for everyone. Start with a 90-minute Make Your Own Hula Hoop session—supplies included—then jump into a 45-minute Learn to Hula Hoop class.
No experience needed! All ages, body types, and fitness levels welcome. Hula hooping is a fun, heart-pumping cardio workout that improves coordination, strengthens the core, and lifts your mood.
You’ll also try the HoopFit® Workout, blending traditional cardio moves with hoop fitness. Learn waist and hip hooping, off-body tricks, and more. Wear comfortable clothes—yoga wear is great!
🌧️ Note: Outdoor classes are weather-permitting and will be rescheduled if needed.
