Become a certified Restorative Yoga teacher with this comprehensive Level 1 training lead by Cindy Huston— founder of Yoga Body Elements, E-RYT yoga instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, and educator with 30+ years of experience. Learn to confidently lead a 1–2 hour Restorative Yoga class, give safe hands-on assists, and support 12 key restorative poses.

This training includes a Reiki Level 1 Attunement, empowering you to balance your own energy and create a calm, healing class environment. Earn 20 Yoga Alliance-approved CE hours through a blend of lecture, hands-on practice, and class observation.
