Description
What if you could step away from the noise of everyday life for a moment and turn something you’ve been carrying into something visual?
Let It Go is an interactive creative wellness experience designed to help you pause, reset, and release.
You don’t need to be an artist. There is no image to copy, no template to follow, and no “right” way to create. Instead, Victoria guides you through simple and intuitive creative prompts using lines, shapes, colors, metaphors, and abstract forms.

Location : Yoga Body Elements
4007 N. Broadway, Chicago, IL
You might choose to explore stress, pressure, frustration, an unresolved situation, a difficult emotion, or simply something that no longer deserves so much space in your mind.
Through the creative process, you’ll transform your thoughts and feelings into an abstract visual expression, creating your own personal Let It Go piece.
The experience is guided, playful, reflective, and surprisingly freeing. You’ll create, pause, connect with others, and give yourself permission to see what you’ve been carrying from a different perspective.
You don’t have to explain everything.
You don’t have to be “good” at art.
You simply have to be willing to create.

BIO
Victoria Işıkman
Victoria Işıkman is an artist, creative facilitator, curator, and the founder of VF Creative Events / Victoria’s Fine Art.
With 20 years of experience as a professional artist and 15 years of experience creating and facilitating creative experiences, Victoria brings together art, reflection, and human connection to create meaningful experiences for individuals, groups, and organizations.
Her approach is intentionally different from a traditional art class. Participants are not expected to be artists, and there is no copying, no pressure to create something “perfect,” and no judgment. Instead, Victoria uses lines, shapes, colors, metaphors, and abstract forms to help people explore ideas and emotions through the creative process.
Her signature approach, Victoria’s Metaforms, uses visual metaphors as a bridge between creativity and personal experience. It makes art accessible to everyone, including those who may not consider themselves creative.
Through her Creative Wellness Experiences, Victoria explores themes such as letting go, stress, balance, communication, connection, joy, and appreciation. Her experiences are designed to create space for people to pause, reconnect with themselves and others, and experience the restorative power of creativity.
Victoria has worked with organizations and professional teams including the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC), Kellogg, PwC, and The Trade Desk.
Originally from Turkey, Victoria has an international background that includes living and working in France and Brazil. She is also an oil painter, curator, and author of Phoenix in Me and Whispers of the Heart.
Today, through VF Creative Events, Victoria creates experiences that go beyond making art. Her work invites people to slow down, express themselves freely, see things from a different perspective, and create space for something new.
