Cacao Ceremony Chicago
We will gather together to remember how to balance our heart both individually and collectively.
Creating time to remember that each action creates a ripple effect. What ripples are we sending out into the world now?
Our practice together will include individual and collective intention setting, breathwork, meditation, restorative movement, and a ceremonial cacao elixir will be offered to each participant for heart activation.
A serving of Keith’s ceremonial cacao will be offered to each participant.
*Space will be limited to 20 participants in person.
*Please bring a 6 oz mug for cacao.
