Lead by Cindy Huston—Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, and founder of Yoga Body Elements—this two-hour class offers an introduction to massage techniques from Swedish, Thai, Acupressure, and Tui Na modalities. You’ll explore both physical and energetic care, learning skills you can practice at home. No experience needed, and all ages are welcome!

Massage is practiced fully clothed—comfortable yoga wear is recommended. Please register in pairs. Bring a massage table if you have one (optional).
