Yoga Body Elements Retreats to Colorado Springs, Colorado

Join us for a heart centering weekend at the beautiful Rockledge Manor which is the home of a bio-dynamic farm and events center founded by the Smokebrush arts non-profit communtiy. The grounds include incredible views of the mountains including Tava (Pikes Peak), Iron Mountain, and Garden of the Gods.

The town of Manitou Springs has many hiking trails, mineral springs, and the home of the world famous Sunwater Spa!

The weekend will feature yoga and wellness classes, art, and many moments in nature

lead by Cindy Huston and special guests.

We have a variety of accommodations ranging from a private rooms to a triple [3 bed room].

The chef prepared food is exceptional, most of the ingredients coming from the smokebush bio-dynamic farm or sourced locally and prepared farm to table style. A treat for the senses.
